Change Management PROSCI® & ADKAR® The approach offers a scientific and structured methodology to enable individuals and organizations to successfully manage change processes and achieve sustainable results.
Covering all steps from preparation for change to implementation and sustainability, this methodology supports change processes at both organizational and individual levels.
*The facilitator has a global certificate ( Prosci Change Management Practitioner ) that documents his/her professional experience in the field of the human side of change, as well as his/her theoretical and practical expertise in the application of the relevant model.
There is no certification within the scope of the support provided. The methodology is adopted as a guiding framework for entrepreneurs in mentoring, training and workshop studies. Training and certification are provided by accredited institutions and organizations.

Scope
Preparation for Change: Analysis of change needs, identification of stakeholders and organizational readiness assessment are carried out. The strategy and planning required for change are based on this stage.
Managing Change: Implementation of change plans, development of effective communication strategies and inclusion of teams in the change process are ensured. The importance of leadership role and individual participation is emphasized.
Sustaining Change: Monitoring post-change processes, measuring success and implementing sustainability strategies. At this stage, the integration of change into the organizational culture is ensured.
ADKAR ® Model: Guides individuals' change journey. Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement steps are used to create awareness, develop competence and make change permanent.
Stakeholder Management and Participation: Effectively involving stakeholders in change processes and strengthening support mechanisms.
