The Situational Leadership Approach is a flexible and effective method that enables leaders to apply leadership styles appropriate to the development level of their employees; it allows leaders to provide guidance and support appropriate to the needs of their team members, while aiming to increase individual competencies and commitment.
By adapting leadership styles to employees' abilities and motivation levels, it enables individuals and teams to achieve peak performance.
*The facilitator uses the model in consultancy, mentoring, coaching and facilitation studies on organizational harmony, effective management and team harmony and can present his/her evaluations regarding the use of the model. He/she has completed SLII ® Experience (Blanchard Turkey) training.
There is no certification within the scope of the support provided. The methodology is adopted as a guiding framework for entrepreneurs in mentoring, training and workshop studies. Methodological training and certification are provided by accredited institutions and organizations.
Scope
Understanding Leadership Fundamentals: The dynamics of leadership, effective leadership behaviors, and the basic principles of different leadership approaches are examined. The importance of flexibility in leadership style is emphasized.
Goal Setting: It is the creation of SMART (Specific, Motivating, Attainable, Relevant, Trackable) goals by leaders. These goals are used to effectively communicate leadership styles compatible with the development levels of employees. Goal setting processes are strengthened with practical studies.
Determining Employee Development Levels: Explains how to evaluate the competence and commitment levels of employees. The needs of employees are analyzed according to their development levels.
Use of Situational Leadership Styles: Directing, Coaching, Supporting and Delegating styles are explained in detail. Which leadership style to use in which situation is discussed with practical examples.
Developing Leadership Adaptation Skills: How to change leadership style according to the needs of employees is shown. Application skills are developed by practicing on real business scenarios.
Effective Communication and Feedback Techniques: Leaders are taught how to motivate employees by communicating effectively. Supporting employee development through constructive feedback methods is emphasized.
Sustainable Leadership and Follow-up Plan: It is ensured that leaders can continuously follow the development of individuals and lead in line with organizational goals. It is explained how to make leadership skills permanent in the corporate structure.
